Holmbush, Ide, Exeter
Full Turn Key Custom House Build
Designed by a renowed architect, Holmbush is a beautifully presented contemporary home offering spacious and flexible accommodation. There is over 3,000 sq. ft. of light filled accommodation, as well as a one bedroom Coach House and small separate lodge nestled in the mature trees.
We built this beautiful building from the ground up including project timelines, material aquisitions, running all services into the property, laying foundations, managing suppliers, final landscaping & interior design. We even still have the pleasure of ongoing property maintenance and general upkeep.
Higher Charaton Park, Liskeard
Lodge Concrete Bases with all Services
Higher Charaton Park is a freehold lodge park located just on the edge od Bodmin Moor. The land owners wanted to diversify their grazing land into a more profitable model.
We worked hand in hand with our clients from the early stages of Design, Planning Pernission & Build to ensure maximum profit but also a beautiful park where people love spending their time. We also, worked with a lodge manufacturer to design, site & set up show homes & subsequent sold homes.
